Recorded in Washington Heights, New York and co-produced and engineered by my friend Thomas Foyer, this was a serendipitous moment. At the same time I was recording my first album, Houseofreedom the EP sessions, Thomas was working with a composer producer Michael Rais on an Electronica/Soul/Dance compilation called Deep Sonic. Guitarist and old friend, Mike Ciro, recommended me to Thomas and Michael for the project and after recording the song "Summer Sky" I like it so much that asked Michael if we could share the song and have it come out simultaneously on both records, "Deep Sonic" and "Houseofreedom -The EP Sessions". It worked out beautifully and has become one of my all time favorite songs to perform in my live show. There's live version from New York available here as well.
